1. The Service

Our mission is to ensure every design is Forever Embodied through high-quality materials and precision.

2. Custom Orders and Specifications

  • Visual Expectations: Customers acknowledge that 3D printing produces visible layer lines and minor surface artifacts. These are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Customer Warranty: By submitting a file, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that design or have obtained a valid license for commercial reproduction.

  • Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ODW Workshop harmless against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from copyright infringement related to files provided by the customer.

  • Illegal Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that involves the production of weaponry, items of a sexual nature, prohibited items, or material that violates UK law.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

  • Full payment is required before production begins for all custom commissions.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Custom Goods: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications, you must notify us at info@odwworkshop.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

6. Lead Times and Delivery

  • Estimates: Production times provided are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, 3D printing is a technical process; ODW Workshop is not liable for delays caused by machine failure or shipping carrier issues.

  • Shipping: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend tracked shipping for high-value custom models.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Use: ODW Workshop prints are intended for decorative, prototyping, or hobbyist use. Our products are not rated for high-stress mechanical use, food contact, or safety-critical applications.

  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
